3-Deezy, Cheap and Easy

Damn! Why didn't I think of this?
A nice simple solution to a 3-D problem. This and the iPhone's AR (augmented reality) capabilities make this 3-D stuff really exciting.

The new coolest way to wear you music...

So I have this fascination with the ability of the iPod Nano to be worn on the wrist like a watch. Talk about multi-tasking. Plug in your headphones, run them up your sleeve, and listen to those fat beats.

What a novel idea. It's one of those "Why didn't I think of this?" kind of things.

Today I present you with the best two iPod Nano holders out there (that I've seen at least.)

This HEX watch band is the most "watch like." Sleek, simple design, and it's made out of rubber, so it's gotta be comfortable.

Griffin's iPod Nano Slap band brings a little for flexibility and fun to the party. You just pop your iPod in and slap it on. How fun! I have a feeling more of my hours would be wasted just playing with the band. This one gets an A for the fun factor.

Kanye West: MBDTF

So today, Kanye West dropped his new album, titled My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. I've been listening to this album for a few weeks now, and let me be the first to say it is truly an amazing piece of work. Kanye has taken all his pent up emotion/ frustration with himself and his surroundings, and twisted it into something innovative and unique.

In my opinion, his best album yet...

Make sure you check out the Complex Magazine article about the making of this album, and check out a review of the album over at the Rolling Stone.

Oh yea. Don't forget to download the album and listen to it non-stop.

Artsy Fartsy #1: Matt W. Moore

Today is the day.

I've been contemplating starting an ART series of posts, and now that I've got some inspiration, I'm ready to share.

Matt W. Moore is the founder of MWM Graphics, a Design and Illustration studio based in Portland, Maine. Matt works across disciplines, from colorful digital illustrations in his signature “Vectorfunk” style, to freeform watercolor paintings, and massive aerosol murals.
These murals are from his Crystals & Lazers Exhibition in Paris, France.

If you're as intrigued with his color and style as I am, be sure to check out his website and blog.

This guys color work is epic, but the fact that he's doing it on walls makes it even better...

This world needs more color.

What do the Matrix and surfing have in common?

Well, previously the two had nothing in common, besides the fact that wetsuit material was named after the main character (see: neoprene. Ed note: this is not necessarily a fact, more of a stupid joke.) Check out this video made for Rip Curl by Timeslice Films.
Check out more of their work over at their website...
